Academic Coordinator for French & French Lecturer (Non-Senate Faculty)
Linguistics Language Program, Department of Linguistics, UC San Diego – Coordinate the beginning and intermediate French program (LIFR 1A/1AX - LIFR 1D/1DX). Conduct training workshops for new and returning TAs and instructors. Design the overall curriculum for the French sequence. Create syllabus and content for each course. Construct and supervise formative and summative assessments. Teach one class per quarter. Administer French oral interviews for class placement purposes. Grade French proficiency test. Conduct weekly meetings with the pedagogical team.
